-You must be an Amy Lee/Evanescence fan site

-No questionable or stolen material

-You must have a 100x35 banner, I can make you one if you need

-You need to link to my site

And make sure to include the following information:

+A link to your banner, or request I make you one

+ Any additional information about your site that you want me to know
