Grizabella is a glamour cat, rejected by her Jellicle clan after wandering off from them a couple years ago. At one time she was like Bombalurina where all the toms loved her, and she left to be in the spot light, what she thought was going to be a better life, but she figured out that it wasn't that great once she started getting older and the toms didn't seem to like her that much anymore. But when she tried to come back to the Jellicles they don't want her anymore, not after she abandoned them. When she comes back Demeter sings to tell the kittens of her story, and Munkastrap protects the tribe from her. She trys to tell her story a few times until in the end they finally listen to her. She tells of how lonely and sad she has become. In the End she is accepted when Jemima sings to her and then Victoria touches her.

Grizabella has a long curly wig, a large torn up fur coat, a sparkly under dress and gray leg warmers one of which is pulled down, her ears resemble a mouse's. She walks with a limp and her tail drags far behind her. She one of the oldest cats maybe in her 50's in human years.
