Bustopher Jones is the cat about town. He obviously belongs to a very rich person and loves to spend his time eating and eating some more at various clubs and pubs. He looks like he possibly is related to Mistoffelees, and being so well know is very popular among the female characters, specifically Jennanydots.

Bustofer Jones' costume is a tuxedo style jacked, and an eyeglass, on his jacket is a rose, and he carries around a giant spoon. He only appears for one song, so he's one of the less important characters. It's hard to tell what his age would be because of his weight but he would probably be around 30 human years.
